Resepi Fondant

Seperti yang telah dijanjikan, ni dia resepi fondant masa kelas ari tu :) ....


100gm        Liquid glukose
12.5gm       Gelatin powder
50ml           Cold Water
1kg             Gula Aising
40gm          Glycerine
40gm          Shortening
80gm          Corn Flour + peppermint


1. Melt gelatine with water under a double boiler.
2. As the gelatine melt, add liquid glukose, shortening and glycerin and stir.
3. Beat the cooled gelatin mixture and slowly add in shifted icing sugar until it becomes like dough form.
4. Add corn flour and few drops of peppermint to knead into a smooth dough.

note : This fondant icing is used for covering of cake and flower moulding.
